Shipping & Delivery

Packages are dispatched within 2 working days after clearance of payment, unless a product has become out of stock or held up in transport or customs, in which case we will notify you and dispatch immediately on arrival via Australia Post. Tracking and drop-off with or without signature facilities are available.

Deliveries reach their destination within 7 days depending on location, unless a product has become delayed in transit, in which case we will notify you immediately we are informed.

Costs

Shipping fees of $7.50 anywhere in Australia up to 3kilo, include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary from time to time according to total weight of the shipment costs.

International Shipping

International shipping rates maybe viewed here at AusPost. Please advise us of your preferred mode of shipping if other than standard airmail. We will then add this to your order and advise you of the total cost.

Returns Policy

We will happily accept the return of any stock or product which is damaged, defective or tampered with upon receipt. However, we are only able accept the return of products for replacement if notified within 2 business days of receipt of order. This time period is determined by our suppliers policy.

Please return any faulty goods along with a letter outlining the situation. The cost to return any goods will be credited to you by method of your choosing. Please include postage receipts with your goods being returned. Goods must be unused and in their original condition. Replacement will be immediate, subject to stock. If replacement stock is unavailable, you may either wait for your product to become available or request an alternative product or request a full refund, which you should receive within three weeks of us receiving your package. However, you should receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
